Andrew Hurckman is a p.g.a. accredited tv producer, writer, and director based in Los Angeles who embraces still photography as much as motion picture. Filmmaking is a highly collaborative medium and photography allows him to express himself through a uniquely auteur point of view. He champions all subjects and forms, from fine art to street, and is inspired by master artists Gregory Crewdson, Georgia O’Keeffe, and Takashi Murakami.

The photograph is heat-infused onto a specialized pre-treated piece of aluminum yielding vibrant deep colors, giving the robust image a lasting visual impact. The lightweight aluminum is extremely rigid and highly durable with a back floating frame making it easy to install.
EPOXY VARNISH PRINTS
FRAMED
Photograph is printed on the finest canvas and then glazed with a heated epoxy topcoat to give each piece a gorgeous modern look with a luxurious ultra high quality finish.
The printing process is Giclee with Pigment Ink on a Premium Fine Art Matte Canvas 410g/m2 with a Poly cotton blend (70% cotton and 30% polyester to provide the best strength), designed to meet art galleries' and museum's longevity requirements and ensure consistency of shades for up to 200 years.
Frame is lightweight premium grade 1.5 inch thick wood and includes a back frame with wire and felt pads to protect walls.
One tree is planted for every canvas print purchased, supporting Trees for the Future, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates an agro-forestry program to restore trees to degraded lands by working with smallholder farmers around the world.
TECHNIQUE
Finding inspiration to create a unique brand of photography using in-camera techniques can be arduous because I use very little post effects. But creating any piece worthy of inspiration is what makes the pursuit of art an enduring endeavor. Many variables have to come together in a precise moment to create one captivating image that gives each photograph an elegant brushstroke quality.
